Wednesday 29th November 11.00am to 3.00pm at the Blythe Bridge Community Library

Carers and individuals with dementia all welcome.

Coffee/tea and cake

We will have short intros from several services and what they can offer, and they will be around all afternoon to ask questions.

Meet others in the same position as yourself and share thoughts.

Places are limited (we don't want to overwhelm anyone)
